Current law requires us to collect all taxes that are applicable, based on the order's "ship to" zip code. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery and/or gift wrap charges, as well. For on-line orders, all applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at order completion time.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or credit your purchase when it is returned in saleable condition. You may return the item to any Elder-Beerman location, along with the packing slip receipt, or send it back to us. If you send it to us, please enclose a completed Return/Exchange Form  with your shipment. If you are the gift giver, we will credit your original method of payment (excluding shipping charges). If you are the gift recipient, please indicate the return type on the Return/Exchange Form.

All warranty service for original customers is provided by elder-beerman.com or the manufacturer of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if elder-beerman.com determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. elder-beerman.com reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.

Gift cards purchased for a Gift Registrant may be sent to the purchaser or the Gift Registrant. Gift cards that are not purchased for a Gift Registrant may be sent to the purchaser or the gift recipient.

elder-beerman.com does not include electronic gift cards in the merchandise total when calculating shipping.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, elder-beerman.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. elder-beerman.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, elder-beerman.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
